Richelle Thoburn focuses her practice area on real estate taxation and general litigation. She also represents numerous school boards across the State of Ohio in real property tax matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Thoburn Ford served as an Attorney Examiner for the State of Ohio Board of Tax Appeals. She has also worked in the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law’s legal clinic where her principal focus was the sealing and expungement of juvenile records, and as a substitute teacher in the Columbus City School system.
While at Ohio State, Richelle received the Dressler, Excellence in Criminal Law Award and highest honors in the Juvenile Law Practicum. She also participated in many volunteer activities, including providing legal research to public interest entities and serving as a mentor to first year law students.
